HI I'M ROB, and this is my story. I'm blessed that I have established my business in an industry that I have been a student of and passionate about for many years, the Personal Development Industry. I've read countless books, attended conferences and seminars both in person and online, watched videos, listened to podcasts and much much more. I love to learn and grow personally and professionally every day and I'm always open to new ideas.
I'm an Australian living on the beautiful and sunny Gold Coast in Queensland, one of Australia's top holiday destinations. I love that I have endless beaches and a beautiful hinterland to enjoy and call home. Swimming in the surf, bush walking, dining out and spending time relaxing with family and friends are some of my favourite activities.

THE PROBLEM THAT STARTED ME LOOKING: In my working life, I've had 20 years working in the banking industry and another 16 years in leadership in the charity sector. I was always successful in my roles but was never really satisfied. In 2021 I left the charity sector and started what I thought was going to be my job to retirement. Unfortunately after a short 8 months that job evaporated. Over the years, I had dabbled in setting up my own business on the side several times while I worked full time, but nothing seemed to work the way I expected.
THE DECISION THAT LED ME HERE: I had been on the lookout for an opportunity to own my own business and be my own boss for some time. I saw a small ad on Facebook and clicked the link that took me to a website similar to this one. I was intrigued and entered my details and that led me to where I am today.
THE BUSINESS THAT PROVIDED MY SOLUTION: Clicking on that link and entering my details led me to this business. Every day I get to continue my own personal development journey while working with like-minded people and representing award winning Personal Development Courses. In doing so I have the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and from all over the world. I work with amazing entrepreneurs and mentors who are supportive and empowering as I continue my life journey. And I'm my own boss and I work on my terms.
